Poppe Ferro

An impressive bull, that’s how Poppe Ferro (Jacuzzi x Fun P) can best be described. Ferro has a fantastic type and comes of an interesting cow family in which a high level of production and conformation can be found. Bull sire is Jacuzzi, a bull with an interesting pedigree (Livington x Incentive) and all-round strong breeding value’s. In terms of production, he stands for a good combination of milk and contents. For frame, he scores average while his udder and feet and legs breeding values are  quite strong. All this is combined with excellent udder health and a lot of durability. Anyone looking for bull dam Poppe Fienchen 1214 in the stable at the Poppe family should not look for a huge cow. This Fienchen is certainly not the largest with a height of around 1.47 m. On the other hand, this Fun P daughter is a nicely balanced cow with a great udder and  she goes on great feet and legs. Producing milk is her strong point given its second list of almost 13,500 kilograms of milk with great contents in 305 days. Something she also seems to pass on in view of the first list of her beautiful Agro RC daughter who recorded more than 12,200 kilograms in 305 days with an exceptional strong udder, resulting in a high lactation value. If we look a generation further, we see Fienchen 944 a Perfect Aiko daughter who also gave a lot of milk. Her urge to produce is not surprising because she comes from Poppe Fienchen 803, the well-known Danillo daughter of dairy farm Poppe from Zwolle (NL). Poppe Efrain is her first son who shines with figures based on daughter information. The milk inheritance does not seem to be a problem at the Fienchen line given the enormous milk inheritance of Efrain. To complete the picture, we also mention Fienchen 580, a Stol Joc daughter who has already given more than 116,000 kilograms of milk.
